I am a biologist and researcher (PhD) from Lausanne, Switzerland. I am addicted to nature and its wonders. As a wildlife geneticist I spent a lot of time in front of my computer, thus I had to find a way to reconnect with my first passion, nature and wildlife. Photography was then the obvious solution to capture the beauty of nature that we have in switzerland and maybe a way as well to have more impact on the public than through my scientific publications. At least I hope that the pictures on this website will help people to see the beauty of nature. For any print request feel free to contact me by e-mail with the button below.
Ealier pictures on this website were taken with my first real camera, a Nikon D90, then more recently (last two years) with the FujiFilm XT1 + tc 1.4X and the fujinon100-400mm. This year (2021) I went back to Nikon, with the lastest pictures taken with the Nikon D850 + Tamron 150-600mm. This change was made at the right time as I was just (technically) ready for the magical encounter with the the young wolf pictured on the first page of this website.
I hope you will enjoy this website.
